Thousands of observers monitor voting process in Constituency No. 71

Some 777 observers are monitoring the voting process across the 71st electoral district, according to Isa Allahverdiyev, the chairman of the Jalilabad City Constituency Election Commission (ConEC) No. 71.

"In our constituency, 25.3% of voters have already cast their ballots by 12:00 PM," he told Report.

There are 54 polling stations in the Jalilabad City Electoral Constituency No. 71, with web cameras installed at 14 of them.

The Jalilabad City Electoral District No. 71 has a total of 51,442 registered voters.
