President Ilham Aliyev's leadership garners 91% approval among Azerbaijani population, survey reveals

A recent survey conducted by the Italian company SWG SPA, registered with Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC), revealed 91% satisfaction with President Ilham Aliyev’s administration among the Azerbaijani population.

According to Report, the survey, carried out between July 15 and August 15, 2024 was part of the preparations for the exit poll in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for September 1, 2024.

The results show that 81 percent of respondents strongly support the president’s management, while 10 percent express relative support. Only 5 percent of those surveyed do not support the administration, and 4 percent were undecided.
