Reconstruction plans in Lachin under preparation based on 2027–2030 State Program

Reconstruction efforts in Lachin are steadily continuing under the State Program, according to Report's correspondent in Lachin.

Presidential Special Representative in the Lachin district, Masim Mammadov, told journalists that the first phase of reconstruction in the district has been completed.

“We are preparing reconstruction plans based on the 2027–2030 State Program. Under this program, the construction of more than 20 new settlements is planned in the Lachin district,” Mammadov said.
