President decrees on improving state support for agriculture

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on amending the document "On improving state support for agriculture and leasing activities in the agricultural sector" dated December 19, 2018.

Report informs that in conformity with the new presidential decree, non-bank credit organizations (NBCOs) sending funds to the agricultural sector in excess of their authorized capital will require a bank guarantee.
