The current high level of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations clearly embodies the will of the two fraternal nations, which are closely connected to each other by common history, spiritual and cultural values, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a congratulatory letter to his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Report informs.
