Parliamentary election campaign in Azerbaijan to start next week

The pre-election campaign related to the snap parliamentary elections will start in Azerbaijan next week, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC), Report informs.
Pre-election campaigning can be carried out by registered candidates, their authorized representatives, political parties and blocs of political parties of the registered candidates, their authorized representatives.
According to the Election Code of the country, campaigning starts 23 days before the voting day and ends 24 hours before the voting begins. Pre-election campaigning for early parliamentary elections will begin on August 9, and the process will continue until August 31 at 08:00 local time (GMT+4).
