One of leaders of separatist regime detained and brought to Baku

Levon Genrikhovich Mnatsakanyan, who was born in 1965 and who was the 'defense minister' of the so-called quasi-formation of separatists in Karabakh during 2015-2018, was detained at the Lachin border checkpoint.

The man arrived in the territory of Azerbaijan illegally and was detained owing to the vigilence of the employees of the State Border Service when trying to leave Azerbaijan for Armenia, according to Report.

The detainee was taken to Baku, accompanied by members of the rapid reaction forces of the State Border Service, and transferred to the relevant government authorities.
