Office of Ombudsman starts monitoring in connection with presidential elections

The Office of the Ombudsman started monitoring in connection with the presidential elections, Aydın Safikhanli, the head of the Ombudsman's Office, said during his speech at the round table themed "Ensuring citizens' right to vote," Report informs.
He noted that initially, monitoring will be conducted in outdoor and indoor areas intended for meetings with voters: "Appeals regarding the violation of the right to vote are already being received by the Ombudsman. These appeals are being investigated together with the Central Election Commission."
