Number of Azerbaijan's population disclosed

The number of Azerbaijani population has been announced.
Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that the population has risen by 16,812, or 0.2%, since early 2022 and reached 10,173,178 as of May 1, 2022.
Some 52.9% of the population is urban residents, while 47.1% are rural residents.
