Most Armenians who settled illegally in the center of Lachin during the occupation have left the city.
The footage prepared by Report correspondents in Lachin shows that there are virtually no Armenians in the city. The roadside groceries, chemist shops, and public catering facilities are closed.
When leaving Lachin, the Armenians disassembled and took away the roofing, windows, and doors of the houses and burned what they could not take with them.
Azerbaijan has built a new road bypassing Lachin. The new highway extends to 32 kilometers.
The road will be a part of the Lachin corridor, and the city of Lachin will be controlled by the Azerbaijani army.
