Iraqi MP: Elections were held transparently

We observed the elections very seriously and witnessed that they were held transparently, Jabbar Al Kinani, head of the delegation of the Iraqi parliament, said at a press conference held on February 8 regarding the results of the early presidential elections, Report informs.

He said that they observed at 7 polling stations: "Voters participated in the voting process comfortably. The election process was organized according to international standards."

The deputy said that relations between Azerbaijan and Iraq are developing in an upward direction.
