"We are rebuilding Karabakh and Zangazur, we must rebuild them," President Ilham Aliyev said at the meeting dedicated to the results of the first six months of the year, according to Report.

"We are doing it all at our own expense, we have not received a single help in one year and eight months. No one has given us a single manat, we are doing everything on our own," the head of state said.
