Ilham Aliyev: 'Nobody can talk to us with an ultimatum' 

"Nobody can talk to us with an ultimatum, and they should not rely on anyone," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in his speech at the flag-raising ceremony in the city of Lachin, Report informs.
