Ilham Aliyev: Construction of Horadiz-Aghband railway underway

"The construction of the railway from Horadiz to Aghband is already underway, and I am confident that it will be fully operational next year," President Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Vahid Hajiyev in a video format in connection with his appointment as a Special Representative of the President to Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur economic region, Report informs.
