Ilham Aliyev attends inauguration of Azersun Shamakhi Agropark in Hajigabul

Azersun Shamakhi Agropark has opened in Hajigabul district.

Report informs, citing AzerTag, that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration.

The head of state was informed of the agropark.

The enterprise consists of 2 parts – sown areas and a livestock complex. 5,000-head of cattle are kept in the livestock complex. Wheat, barley, sugar beet, corn, alfalfa, and various vegetables are grown on the agropark, occupying 4,200 hectares. Two artificial lakes have been created here for irrigation.
