Exhumation work in mass graves discovered in the liberated Azerbaijani territories should be carried out by specialists, said Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Report’s Western bureau informs.
“Information about the missing persons has been collected, biological samples have been taken. All this plays an important role in the search for the missing. Specialists should carry out the exhumation,” Huseynova noted.
She noted that a common mistake during exhumation leads to the fact that the fate of a person forever remains a mystery.
