Head of polling station: Voter turnout high thanks to timely awareness of citizens

Since the opening of the polling station, there has been high voter activity, which became possible thanks to the timely awareness of citizens, the head of polling station No. 14, Sabayil constituency No. 7, Tarana Sadatova, told Report.

“There are 1,422 registered voters at our polling station. The voting began at 8 a.m. with the participation of observers. Despite the early morning, our voters are very active,” she said.

She noted that according to the information as of 10.00 a.m., 188 voters exercised their right to vote at the polling station.

“A voter with health problems also came to our polling station. And we are creating conditions for this voter, and during the day we will send a mobile ballot box so that the voter could exercise the right to vote, like anyone else," she said.
