Flags lowered to half-mast in Azerbaijan's Khankandi, Khojaly and Aghdara

In observance of the 33rd anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, state flags in front of administrative buildings in Khankandi, Khojaly, and Aghdara, Azerbaijan, have been lowered to half-mast.
According to Report, a minute of silence will be observed throughout Azerbaijan at 17:00 (GMT+4) today to honor the victims of the Khojaly genocide.
