Farid Shafiyev: "We must return to Yerevan"

“The Iravan khanate was a state created by us. We must return there anyway," Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations, told discussions on the main points, voiced by President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with local media on January 12, Report informs.

"Armenia is ready to discuss other issues. The return of Azerbaijanis to Yerevan is not acceptable for them. As a result of Azerbaijan's diplomatic and military pressure, Armenia has agreed to open a railway and then a highway. But these are still verbal. Our goal is to document this," he said.
