All Azerbaijanis expelled from the territory of nowadays Armenia and their descendants have the right to return to their homeland, Report informs, citing the Concept of Return to Western Azerbaijan.

“Conditions must be created for their safe and dignified return to their homeland, and their individual and collective rights must be ensured after the return,” the document said.
