CEC: Voters can be filmed during voting only with their consent

Filming voters during voting at polling stations is allowed only with their consent, Chairman of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov said at today's meeting, Report informs.
He noted that there is a possibility of a complete ban on filming at polling stations.
"Having a conversation with a voter and learning their opinion is quite normal, no one prohibits this. However, it is wrong to obstruct the voting process by conducting unauthorized filming," Panahov said.
