Azerbaijani territories were widely used only for criminal purposes during 30 years of occupation, head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Elshad Hajiyev said in a statement to journalists, Report informs.

According to him, since these areas are considered a "gray zone", there is a fact that the narcotics grown, cultivated, prepared and processed here are transported by different routes: “These drugs are not intended for the domestic market of Armenia. All the facts suggest that our territories were used extensively for criminal purposes for 30 years”
