President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to award the TURKSOY Secretary-General Dusen Kasseinov with the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
He was awarded for his fruitful work at TURKSOY and his contribution to the development of cultural relations between the member states of the organization.
