Azerbaijan waiting for response from Armenia on Zangazur Corridor

For more than a year and a half, Azerbaijan has been waiting for a response from Armenia regarding the Zangazur Corridor, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said in an interview with Haber Global, Report informs.
“Let Armenia continue to think. But we continue to do our job in practice,” Hajiyev noted.
“According to the agreement with Iran, we will be able to get from Agbend village in the Zangilan district, using road and rail transport, through Iranian territory to Nakhchivan, and from there to Turkey. We are laying the foundation for a new corridor on the Eurasian continent,” he stressed.
