Azerbaijan to prepare single figure for compensation and submit it to ECHR

The stage of compensation regarding the claim of the Azerbaijan state against Armenia has not yet been reached, Chingiz Asgarov, an authorized representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the European Court of Human Rights, deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, told Report.

"Because this is a big complaint, we filed a complaint regarding all the rights and violated rights of internally displaced persons under the Convention. The merits of the complaint will be considered after its feasibility. After that, we will prepare a single figure for compensation and submit it to the European Court. The court will also have to make a decision on this," he noted.
