"The electoral system in Azerbaijan has been improved and people's interest in the elections has increased," Assistant to the President for Territorial and Organizational Issues Zeynal Nagdaliyev said.
Report informs that he spoke at the seminar-meeting for chairmen of electoral districts.
He noted that the number of election observers is declining. "This indicates that the electoral system in the country is improving rapidly. The reason is the political stability in the country, the authority of President Ilham Aliyev. The electoral system in Azerbaijan is an example for the world. People use the opportunity and show activeness in the election."
