Azay Guliyev: ‘Armenia is trying to hinder ongoing reconstruction works in Karabakh with mine terror’ 

"Armenia is trying to hinder the ongoing reconstruction works in Karabakh with mine terror," the Chairman of the Agency of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azay Guliyev, said, Report informs.

“During the 44-day Patriotic War alone, 301 people became victims of landmines. 57 of them lost their lives. Armenia grossly violates the provisions of the tripartite declaration and does not hand over mine maps to Azerbaijan. We condemn this kind of cruelty against the civilian population. We call on international organizations not to remain silent,” the chairperson said.
