Almost 400,000 voters are IDPs in Azerbaijan

There are 399,050 internally displaced voters in Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said at a CEC meeting held today, Report informs.

According to him, those voters will cast their votes in 574 polling stations. He added that voters in seven constituencies are all IDPs .
