President of Georgia meets young Azerbaijanis in Tbilisi

A group of representatives of the Integration Center of Azerbaijanis in Georgia (CIAG) attended an event dedicated to Mother Language Day in Tbilisi, Report informs, citing the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora.

During the event, which took place at the Presidential Administration of Georgia, President Salome Zourabichvili also met with CIAG Executive Director Orkhan Pirverdiyev. President Salome Zurabishvili was briefed in detail about the activities of the center.

Then the young Azerbaijanis took photos with the Georgian head of state.

The Integration Center of Azerbaijanis in Georgia has been operating in the Marneuli region, densely populated by Azerbaijanis, since April 3, 2019 with the support of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora.
