Over $30,000 collected for repatriation of body of Azerbaijani killed in US

Baku. 16 January. REPORT.AZ/ Volunteers gathered more than the required amount for the day to send home the body of the killed Azerbaijani citizen in US.

Report informs that more than $33,000 was collected per day in the section "Help me for Elchin" on the American commercial crowdfunding platform gofundme.com, while the required amount was specified as 30,000.

The funds are still received.

Notably, earlier, it was reported that 29 -year-old Elchin Khalilov was killed inside an east Charlotte cellphone repair shop.
