Azerbaijanis in New York hold rally in front of UN building

A rally was held in front of the UN headquarters in New York in protest against the provocation committed by the Armenian armed forces on the border with Azerbaijan on September 12-13.

According to Report’s local bureau, the peaceful rally was held by Azerbaijanis living in New York, who, with the flags of Azerbaijan and Turkiye and posters reflecting the truth about Karabakh, demanded justice from the UN.

They informed the passing local and foreign diplomats, representatives of the local and international community about the occupation policy of Armenia in the historical lands of Azerbaijan.

The activists who spoke at the rally demanded that the UN take tough measures against the aggressor Armenia, which ignores the resolutions.

The rally lasted two hours, and the New York police ensured the safety of the Azerbaijanis.
