ASA delegation visits Shusha 

The delegation headed by the president of the Azerbaijan Society of America (ASA), Tomris Azeri, has visited Shusha, Report informs, citing the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.

The delegation witnessed the acts of vandalism committed by Armenian usurpers in Karabakh during the 30-year occupation period and the large-scale construction and restoration works of the post-war period.

In the capital of culture, the guests, who visited Bazarbashi, the Jidir Duzu (Jidir Plain), the square of the "Shot Statues," the place where the Shusha Declaration was signed, Khurshudbanu Natava's house, Khan Gizi spring, Ganja Gate, Vagif Mausoleum, Uzeyir Hajibeyov statue, and Bulbul's house-museum, met with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shusha City State Reserve, Maftun Abbasov, and special representative of the Azerbaijani President in Shusha, Aydin Karimov.
