Returning to Shusha, exploring its natural beauty - undoubtedly, this must be done again and again, Raymond Taras, professor of politics at Tulane University in New Orleans, told Report.
“I would be happy to return here in the summer to explore and enjoy the beauty of the city. I am also very interested to see what changes have taken place in Shusha. It would be amazing to re-evaluate how Shusha is developing and blossoming. Based on my experience, I am sure that the city promises to become an even more attractive place," he said.
The professor expressed his joy that Shusha was elected the cultural capital of the Muslim world, and especially emphasized the importance of this event in the history of Azerbaijan.
