TURKSOY elects its new secretary-general

Former Minister of Culture of Kyrgyzstan Sultan Raev has been elected the new secretary-general of TURKSOY.
Report informs that Sultan Raev replaced Dusen Kasseinov on this post.
His candidacy was supported unanimously by the council of the ministers of culture of the Turkic-speaking states, which was held in Bursa (Turkiye) today.
