At the initiative of the International Women’s Association Georgia, an event was held in Tbilisi in support of Ukraine under the slogan “No to War,” the Georgian bureau of Report informs.
The purpose of the event, which was held in the hall of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia with the support of the Tbilisi City Hall, was to promote tolerance, peaceful coexistence and interethnic dialogue.
Samples of the national culture of representatives of national minorities living in Georgia were presented in 12 corners.
In the corner of the Museum of Azerbaijani Culture named after Mirza Fatali Akhundzade, Azerbaijani carpets, national musical instruments, household items, sweets and books on various topics were exhibited. The deputy director of the institution, Leyla Aliyeva, told the guests about the samples presented.
