National cuisine to be promoted in Azerbaijani embassies

Kitchens will be opened in all embassies of Azerbaijan, Orkhan Sadigov, director of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center, said speaking at the National Culinary Congress.

"A center will be opened for the promotion of national cuisine. I want to emphasize how important national cuisine is. It is important to have common cuisine between Azerbaijan and Turkiye. You can feel the gastronomic presence of Turkish food in Azerbaijan. But is it the same in Turkiye? No. This is our priority," he said.
