Georgian singer Veriko Turashvili is working on an album of Azerbaijani songs.
The singer told Report that she has already prepared two compositions for the album in Azerbaijani and Georgian languages: Lachin and Sari Galin, as well as shot clips for these songs in Shusha and Lachin.
"I am very glad to be in Azerbaijan, I really love the Azerbaijani people, culture, music. Music connected me with Azerbaijan," Turashvili said.
Talking about her impressions of visiting Jabrayil town, liberated from the Armenian occupation, she said that she was horrified by the destruction she saw.
“It is very hard for me to look at all this. I hope this will never happen again and peace will finally come," she said.
