Countries involved in restoring cultural, historical monuments in liberated territories named

"First Vice President of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva announced on December 8, 2020 the launch of a project to restore cultural and religious monuments, mosques in the liberated territories. Thus, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, as a member of civil society, supports the projects implemented by the state to restore history," Report informs that Anar Alakbarov, an aide to the Azerbaijani president, Executive Director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, said this at a round table on the topic "Projects for the restoration of monuments of cultural heritage in the occupied territories: goals, challenges, features, prospects".

He noted that on the instructions of Heydar Aliyev Foundation President Mehriban Aliyeva, specialists from Austria, Britain, Bulgaria, Italy, Latvia, Russia, Turkey, Georgia, and other countries are currently involved in the restoration process.
