Carpet weaving center opens in Azerbaijan’s Lachin

The Islimi Carpet Weaving Center has opened in Azerbaijan’s Lachin, Report informs.

Lachin has been famous for its carpets since ancient times, so it was decided to open a carpet weaving center there.

The center will also provide employment to area residents.

The opening ceremony was attended by the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district Masim Mammadov, employees of Baku Improvement Service LLC, Lachin Improvement Service OJSC and other structures.

The ceremony participants got acquainted with the conditions created at the Center.
