Baku hosts conference dedicated to works of French photographer Paul Nadar

The conference “Paul Nadar, from Istanbul to Tashkent through the Caucasus” dedicated to the works of this famous French photographer was held at the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, Report informs.

During the conference, held in a hybrid format, Nadar’s heritage expert, head of the photography department of the French Media Library of Architecture and Heritage Mathilde Falguière spoke about the life of the photographer, his work, trips to the Caucasus.

The event was organized with the support of the French Embassy in Azerbaijan.

The conference participants also got acquainted with the exhibition of works by Paul Nadar, which opened at the National Museum of Art in December last year.
