Azerbaijani minister of culture meets US assistant secretary of state

Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, who is on a visit to the United States, has met with Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Lee Satterfield, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Culture.

During the meeting, bilateral cooperation was discussed. Anar Karimov spoke about the global initiative Peace4Culture. He also informed about the work carried out to preserve Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage.

The parties exchanged views on a number of issues.
