Azerbaijan represented at 5th int’l gastronomy festival in Paris

With the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Azerbaijani Embassy in France, the Assembly of the Friends of Azerbaijan (AFAZ), the House of Azerbaijan in Paris, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), the country is represented at one of the biggest gourmet events in Paris, the International Gastronomy Village, the 5th international gastronomy festival, Report’s local bureau informs.

French and foreign guests got acquainted with Azerbaijani cuisine at the festival.

The participants of the event were presented with delicious dishes and sweets of Azerbaijani cuisine. As part of the festival, a round table dedicated to the preparation of dolma will be held.

During the event, Azerbaijani national dances are also presented to the guests.

Samples of Azerbaijani cuisine and sweets were distributed to the guests, books dedicated to the country’s national cuisine were exhibited, information about Azerbaijani cuisine and the country was given.

Within the framework of the “Year of Shusha”, national culinary experts paid special attention to the cuisine of Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region.
