UN official: Financing essential to succeed in fight against climate change

Financing is essential to successfully combat climate change, the regional coordinator of COP29, Climate Change and Environment Portfolio Manager at UNDP, Nuri Ozbagdatli said, Report informs.

He made the remark at the Training Workshop on building confidence and capacity in the preparation of the Biennial Transparency Reports.

According to Ozbagdatli, transparency is also very important: "This is related to mitigating climate change."
