Second informal meeting of UNFCCC negotiating groups underway in Shamakhi

Heads of delegations from the negotiating groups of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and representatives of various organizations are participating in the second informal climate retreat in Shamakhi.
