Russian Prime Minister meets with UN Secretary-General at COP29

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin held a meeting with UN Secretary-General António Guterres on the sidelines of the COP29 climate conference in Baku.

Report informs citing Russian media that during the meeting with Guterres, Mishustin emphasized the importance of improving the UN's effectiveness in responding to global challenges and threats.

It is reported that no other bilateral meetings with heads of state, governments, and international organizations participating in the climate summit are planned for the Russian Prime Minister.
