OTS environment ministers ink joint declaration within COP29

Following the first meeting of environment and ecology ministers of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) within the COP29, a Ministerial Declaration was signed, Report informs.

The signing took place in the national pavilion of Uzbekistan with the participation of ministers from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

The OTS member states confirmed at the ministerial level their intention to strengthen cooperation in addressing joint environmental problems and ensuring sustainable development.
