Nigar Arpadarai: Transformation of digital technologies in energy transition is important

The transformation of digital technologies in energy transition is important and requires commitment from all participants in the fight against climate change, UN High-Level Climate Champion for COP29 Nigar Arpadarai said at the high-level roundtable on the Green Digital Action Program within COP29, Report informs.

"Digitalization must be not only innovative but also effective and inclusive. This is not a challenge of the future, but of today. Accepting it as a foundation for a sustainable future is key to eliminating the negative effects of climate change," Arpadarai emphasized.
