Narmin Jarchalova: Over 28,000 people registered to participate in COP29

To date, more than 28,000 people have registered to participate in the COP29 climate conference, Narmin Jarchalova, the Chairperson of the Board of the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company and Chief Executive Officer for Operations, Report informs.

"The rest are non-governmental organizations, international organizations that carry out observation, as well as other guests," Jarchalova said.

She said the registration process is still ongoing and participation indicators are increasing day by day: "Considering that most delegations usually apply for registration closer to the event date, a corresponding increase in these numbers will be observed."
