Mukhtar Babayev speaks on climate change mitigation at Nizami Ganjavi International Center

COP29 president-designate, Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev spoke at a high-level event organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center to discuss climate change mitigation, Report informs.

"COP29 President-Designate Mukhtar Babayev joined a high-level event with the Nizami Ganjavi International Center to discuss the role of trust and global governance in advancing climate change mitigation. He underscored that trust and accountability are fundamental to the COP process, stressing their importance for ensuring global action on climate commitments," according to COP29 page on X.
