Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, met with Andrew Harper, the Special Adviser on Climate Action for the UN Refugees Agency (UNHCR), Report informs.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on preparations for COP29, scheduled to take place in Azerbaijan this November.
